I channel and hold space for divine energy and universal life force energy to flow into your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body to promote balance and overall healing.

Having trained under many teachers and masters with a variety of energy healing methods including Vortex Healing, Intuitive and Chakra Healing, and Reiki, I am passionate in helping my clients clear blockages and tap into their core self.

Reiki is a more commonly known energy healing, which I also provide to you in our sessions.

Rei stands for Universal, and Ki for Life Force, so Reiki refers to the infinite universal life force, or energy, that flows through every living and non-living entity. While energy medicine has been documented for thousands of years among indigenous cultures, and is demonstrated through practices like qi gong; specifically, reiki originated from Japan in the early 1900s, and has been used to promote and restore health, relaxation and wellbeing since.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and is a mind-body approach to healing. Developed by Gary Craig, EFT combines Western psychology using cognitive techniques with Chinese Medicine.

Because trauma stays in cellular memory within the body, we repeatedly draw to us similar situations that recreate and reaffirm these patterns - whether we want them or not.

EFT helps to uproot and dissolve the link between the original stress pattern (event) and the stress response (physical, emotion, cognition and behaviour) so that the stress response will not happen again in the same circumstance. This is why EFT is a proven effective method to permanently clear complaints and trauma symptoms.

I combine EFT with my extensive subconscious and deep Energetic work, including Reiki, my understanding of meridian and veridian lines, and other modalities of energy healing so you can truly experience a transformative session and feel “lighter” in life.
